Principal's Message

Welcome to Prestonsburg High School, Home of the Blackcats!  Prestonsburg High School has been dedicated to providing the best quality education to all of our students in a safe environment that is conducive to learning!  Our goal is to educate students to become productive citizens.

 

Our amazing staff work daily to establish and maintain a learning environment that will assist students in becoming college and/or career ready.  We continue to offer amazing academic opportunities such as: Advanced Placement classes, Dual Credit classes, Allied Health Pathway, Financial Services, Floyd County School of Innovation, and Floyd County Area Technical Center just to name a few.  

 

Throughout the year we conduct multiple academic showcases and invite all stakeholders to visit Prestonsburg High School.  We encourage you to stay up to date on school activities by following our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter.
